Chemo Caps

On a serious note here. Yes, I can be serious most of the time and Cancer is a serious subject for me since many of my family members have died from cancer.

I found this site and wanted to share with anyone that knows how to knit or crochet. Maybe you are learning how to knit or crochet and this would make a good project that you can make and give back to those that are going through chemo and will soon loose their hair..

Hairloss is a traumatic side effect faced by many cancer patients. Maybeyou’ve experienced it yourself, or maybe someone you love has. It’seasy to help.

Knitin super-soft yarn, this cap with soothe and warm chemotherapy patientsin high style. Knit one and bring it to the hospital or to the American Cancer Society in your area.

Please note the following as you knit your Chemo Care Cap

Thank you so much for this!! I was just thinking that I would like to start knitting again but don't want/need to knit anything for myself and thought that I would like to make something for others (scarfs/hats) and this is perfect. Thanks!
